Office and commercial cleaning in Oberursel
Our headquarters in Friedrichsdorf is right next to Oberursel. From there we look after offices, medical practices, shops and residential buildings all over the town, from the old town to Bommersheim, Stierstadt, Weißkirchen and Oberstedten.
In offices we clean workstations, kitchenettes, washrooms and floors according to a fixed service specification. Most clients have cleaning done early in the morning or in the evening so that work is not disturbed. More on the page Office cleaning.
For property managers and homeowners' associations we clean stairwells, entrances, elevators, basements and waste bin areas on a fixed schedule. We set the schedule in writing, so tenants and management know exactly what to expect.
If you manage several buildings in Oberursel, you receive one invoice with separate items for each building. Details on the page Stairwell cleaning.
Stairwell cleaning in Oberursel
We clean windows, glass facades, conservatories and shop windows with purified water. This lets us reach glass surfaces up to 17 meters high without scaffolding and without residue on the glass. This helps especially in the old town, where there is often no room for a lifting platform.
On request we clean blinds and external venetian blinds at the same time, up to the first upper floor. More on the page Window cleaning Oberursel.
Restore floors instead of replacing them
Deep cleaning and floor care in Oberursel
Many floors in offices, medical practices and stairwells look dull and gray after a few years, even though the covering is still in good condition. During deep cleaning we remove old protective layers and deep seated dirt. Then we apply a new protective treatment.
We treat these floor coverings:
-
PVC and vinyl
-
Linoleum
-
other coverings by arrangement
After construction or renovation we take care of the post construction cleaning until the rooms are ready to move in. More under Deep cleaning and Post construction cleaning.
Medical practices and shops in Oberursel
We clean medical, dental and therapy practices according to your hygiene plan. We work with a color coded microfiber system. We process the cloths ourselves on our own company premises.
We clean shops in the city center before or after opening hours, including the entrance area and shop window. More on the page Medical practice cleaning.
